Shuttle buses: when the hotel and the compound are different postcodes
After a midnight exit, Bolt surges hurt. If you charter buses, treat them like part of the invitation: times, pickup pins, and whether alcohol is allowed on board for insurance reasons.
Publish the loop, not vibes
Hotel to venue to after-party and back—each leg needs a time and a pin. WhatsApp forwards garble addresses; the page should not.
- Name a marshal with a working phone on each bus.
- If a leg is cancelled, edit the page before Instagram stories say otherwise.
Elders and children first
Reserve front seats without announcing ages loudly—ushers know. Your note on the page (“priority seating available”) signals care.
- If stairs are involved at pickup, mention it for knee issues.
- Offer a car-seat policy if small children ride.
When guests miss the bus
